Step 3: Adding Color

We formed the mixture into 3/4" balls and rolled them in the different colored sugars.  When our mixture seemed to get a little dry we added a little bit more rum.  This made them even better!  The pomanders were stored in sealed containers until we had company.  As mom says, they are always better after a week or more!

They were great for those in the family that don't typically like "chocolate" and even for those that do!
Opps! My boyfriend will only eat white chocolate. (rrrrr!) Thanks I changed it to make a little more sense :)
