Today we are taking a look at on how to make whole wheat pizza from scratch. This recipe is very easy and does not need many ingredients.

Whole wheat flour is very dense so to balance that thick flavor that sometimes does not translate well to pizza or bread , we do a 3 to 1 ratio of flour between whole wheat flour and bread or all purpose flour.

here are the ingredients


3cups of whole wheat flour

1 cup of bread or all purpose flour

3 tbsp of olive oil

1 1/2 tsp of salt

3 tsp of sugar

2 cups of water

1 pack active dry yeast


2 tsbp parmesan cheese

2 tsbp of olive oil

3 tsbp of tomato paste

2 cloves of garlic

1 tsp oregano

1 tsp basil

1 tsp black pepper

dash of salt


block mozzarella

cheese pepperoni
