The big walking carpet has been reduced to a uh...small walking fuzz patch? Either way, I crocheted a little Chewbacca (pattern is by Lucy Ravenscar and can be purchased here), and now he's ready to be a co-pilot in my boyfriend's car. :) The only thing I did differently was that I didn't sew his bag shut...it doesn't fit a whole lot, but it's enough to keep a quarter in there in case he runs across a parking meter! :)
Chewbacca was crocheted using an E-sized hook with acrylic yarn, and filled with polyfil. I actually bought a pet brush for a pet that I don't have JUST to make this fuzzy dude! Brushing the finished product to fuzz it up was simultaneously the most fun and irritating part of making this little wookiee, ha! :)
