Step 1The Stuff

The Stuff
First, you must gather "the stuff."

Celery Leaves , roughly chopped  (these can be found on the inner stalks of a bunch of celery)
Olive Oil (if you don't have olive oil, use whatever cooking oil or solid you have at hand)
Red Pepper Flakes (to add spice)
Garlic (roasted, or raw)
One Lemon

You will also need:

Cutting Board
Knife
Microplane
(or some other device for zesting the lemon)
Fork (for stirring)
Small Pan (a one quart saucepan is perfect)
