After a recent snow storm, it was icy and slippery all over the roads and pathways. I came up with this simple idea to make some crampons.  This is a cheep and easy to make project to be used whenever you need.

Really good idea Franky! Don't worry about your english, chances are if people are really interested they will put in enough effort to decipher even the worst of sentences.

In saying that, I can't find anything wrong anyway hahaha

This is awesome. I've been thinking about making some kind of traction device for my snowboard boots when I have to unstrap out of my board for patrol-related stuff and the snow is firm... and these seem small enough to easily fit into my vest. I'm going to give this a shot!

great concept. do the sides keep the rivets from getting squished?

Hi Lord, not really, the rivets are strong enough by themselves to withstand the body weight without bending. The bar sides are made curved to increase the grip and for passing the Velcro trough.
Cheers.
