About: Hello. My name is Thomas. I love to spend time in my workshop. Please check my Youtube channel. I hope you enjoy :)

Hello everyone,
In this project I want to show you how to make a Wooden Wolf Paw Pendant, Keychain or Wall Decoration. I made a video and step by step instruction how to make it.

So, let's get started :)

Materials:
- Piece of wood
- Piece of twine or chain

Tools:
- Sandpaper
- Chisel or cnc router
- Belt sander

Step 1: Watch the Video

Video will give you a good overview on how to create a Wolf Paw. But the following steps will still contain some extra useful information.

Step 2: Prepare the Wood

To make my wolf paws I used wanlut wood. I cut few pieces and leveled the surface to 5mm on cnc machine and belt sander. Wood planer can do it faster and better but my is in bad condition.

Step 3: Make the Wolf Paw

Time to cut wolf paw. Pattern file (PDF and DXF) to download below. I made aslo STL file, so you can print it.

You can use chisel, drill or cnc machine. I used cnc machine to make 1 big paw to decoration wall in my home and 4 small to make pendants or keychain.

To improve the edges use sand papper or belt sander. Additionally, I smoothed the outer edges.

Step 4: Paint, Oil, Resin.

To finish my paws I used different methods.

Resin:
I filled the holes with epoxy resin and painted with clear coat

Oil:
I just put on a tung oil.

Step 5: Finish :)

Your Wooden Wolf Paw Pendant is completely finished :)
You did it!
