(PVC + Carpet Foam + Duct Tape) ^Chin Up Bar= Work Out Ropes  :D

It's easy to make, and I made it all from scrap materials, minus the paracord. 
Be sure to keep your core tight and body perfectly straight.
I used double figure 8 knots to secure the rope to itself. 
Be sure to sand the PVC edges so they do not fray the paracord.
Inspect it each time before you use it to make sure there is no fraying.

I love, love, love using these things at the gym. The TRX straps they have there are adjustable so I can use them for lower body workouts too!
