XBOX Custom Picture Jewel

How to put any picture you like under the jewel on your XBOX.

Warning: This mod is a lot of work and you could break your XBOX jewel. Continue at your own risk.

What you will need:
about 3 of hours free time.
A T20 TORX driver.
A flat head screwdriver
A heat Gun
A role of masking tape
some spray paint
1 bottle of polish - Metal, glass, or plastic.
1 cheap vinyl sticker. (can get from a grocery vending machine.)
A tube of silicone adhesive.
A PC connected to a printer.
And your XBOX.

Step 1: Open the XBOX.

This is easy enough.
Just remove the six Torx bolts for the bottom of the XBOX using a #T20 Torx driver.
Flip the XBOX upright and lift the top off.

Sweet! Though I doubt my brother would let me touch his Xbox, and it can read disks anyway...

why not, because if cd's don't work, why not get another cd-drive?

My brothers friend is great at electronics and programming, but we decided we got our worth out of the Xbox. A new drive might be expense, and we can end up ruining the Xbox.
