Step 3Mix
In this step, we will be beating together the butter, sugar, eggs, and lemon in a large bowl. The mixture will get thick.
tip: When mixing together liquids and powders, it is a good idea to first mix together the powder (sugar and lemon for us) to create a valley in the center where the liquids will be poured into. As shown in the picture below.
