Step 19: How to Use

This step will show you how to use the magazines, safety, and hop up.

High Capacity Magazine
1: Pull the pusher to the bottom and twist the y-connector to lock it in place.
2: Fill it up with eleven blue rods (make sure to put them in at an angle as shown).
3: Disconnect one of the green connectors for storage.
4: Store in pocket.
5: Pull out when needed and reconnect the green connector.
6: Insert into the gun.
7,8: Twist the y-connector to release the ammo.
9: Pull the firing rod back.
10: Fire.

Sniper Magazine
11: Insert the magazine.
12: Pull the pusher down.
13: Pull the firing rod back.
14: Pull the slide forward.
15: Load a round.
16: Push the pusher up.
17: Close the chamber door.
18: Fire.

Safety
19: This is the safety in the off position.
20,21: Lift outwards and twist the safety down (and pull the trigger forward if the firing pin hasn't been pulled back), then push the safety back in to turn it on.
22: Now the trigger cannot be pulled.
23: Pull the safety outwards, twist it up, and push it in to turn it off.

Hop Up
24: Pull the elastic over the blue rods to turn it on.
25: The hop up in the on position.
26: Pull the elastic under the blue rods to turn it off.
27: The hop up in the off position.

Step 21: Trouble Shooting?

My gun is firing two rods at once with the high cap mag.
It should only do this one or two times per mag when loaded correctly, if it does it frequently than you need to angle the ammo with the back ends pointing downwards. If you have done this and the gun still frequently fires two at once, try using a looser/weaker elastic band.

My gun isn't popping up the ammo fast enough with the high cap mag.
Once again, you will need to angle the rods with the back ends pointing downwards if you aren't already doing so. If you are doing that and it still won't feed the rounds quickly enough, than try using a tighter/stronger elastic band.

I am having problems with the sniper mag.

how do you release the magasine
It connects and disconnects to/from the gun with 2 brown (orange) connectors by mere force. You push the mag in and the pieces connect, you pull the mag out and it disconnects.
what does the guide do?
It keeps the firing pin straight when you're pulling it back so that you don't have to control your pull as much. It also stops you when it's pulled all the way back.

Great gun! However, is there an way to save like 40~45 yellow connectors without giving up it's features? I only have about 120~130 yellows.<br><br>
You would probably have to get rid of the stock.
Ok thanks. I found some extra yellows, and with all broken and yellow+track tabs I'm coming out at around 160~165 yellows. That should be enough if I make the stock and forward barrel shorter (part of the barrel after the bipod)

what's an hop-up for?
It makes the gun fire slightly high so that the bullet travels further for hitting things at a long distance. Basically, you aim the gun straight at a target that's far away and the hop will make up for the distance that the bullet would have fallen near the end of its arc.
how far?
At about it's maximum range. So if the gun normally fires 45 feet, the hop-up might get it to fire about 55 feet. So you could then hit someone at 45 feet by aiming the gun straight at them because it would be arching down below a straight path during the last 10.
isn't it called a y-clip?
Some people call it that, yes. Most call it a y-connector though.
