Very simple, very cheap! It's just a plain plastic table cloth. I threw on some rubber gloves and spray painted my palm white, then dragged it over the table cloth. If you spray a lot in your palm and flick it at the table cloth, it looks like blood spatter. I made three of these, it took about 20 minuets, was a ton of fun, and was a no-hassle way to really change the whole look of our home for halloween.
