Pumpkin Kale Pesto

  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds, toasted
  • 3/4 cup fresh basil
  • 1/4 cup fresh kale, stems removed
  • 1/2 cup fresh mint
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • Shake of cayenne (optional)
