Pumpkin Kale Pesto
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds, toasted
- 3/4 cup fresh basil
- 1/4 cup fresh kale, stems removed
- 1/2 cup fresh mint
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- Shake of cayenne (optional)
