You can mix the wet and dry ingredients, including the yeast, and wait for the time that is needed according to the kind of yeast. I normally use a instant yeast and I don't need to wait. You can use the yeast you prefer. If your yeast need an hour, after that time you can mix zucchini and cheese to the dough and put in the oven.
