Here is how was my old pencam.
The chipset is a STV0680-B.
This device can take up to 100 pictures at 320x240 pixels. It has an USB connexion.
There still should be some cheap pencam available in the market, or some cheap digitalcamera for kids ...
You open it and you remove the circuit.
