how hard do you have to blow into it

if you want to leave a welt on some one blow as hard as you can. It helps to play an instrument because then you can tighten your cheeks and then they wont hurt, Make sure you dont let your cheeks loose otherwise it will lose alot of force and it will hurt your cheeks
