balloon powered hovercraft

This is my first 'able so dont be a hater, k?

What you need for this is:

     1. A ballon (dur)

     2. An old cd or dvd

     3.A bottle cap

     4.a glue bottle

     5. hammer and nail

Step 1 Framework

What you do is take the cap, put a nail through it and then you glue the cap onto the dvd/cd to complete the frame.
