Bamboo roof tiki hut

We were tired of not having any shade in the yard.  So a few of us decided a tiki hut was needed.  Although it was a lot of work, the end result is a very cool looking shelter.

The inner dimensions are 3m by 3m and with the overhanging roof it is 5m by 5m.

It looks very nice. I have to ask though, what are the posts made out of? How did you lash the bamboo down, and with what? What are the roof support members made out of and how are they joined together?

It is awesome but I would have preferred to see more details of the construction. More pictures, close ups would definitely being very helpful.
