Ingredients:2 x one clove Black Garlic sliced, 1/8LB pork diced, 125g aspragus cut, green onion diced,fresh garlic sliced,ginger diced, Olive Oil, vinegar, Salt.

Step 1: Start

add oil, diced giger and diced pork stir fry for 10seconds.

Step 2: Start2

add black garlic, green onion and fresh garlic stir for 10 seconds

Step 3: Process

add asparagus cut and tips, one spon of vinegar, 1/6 cup of water stir fry for 2 minutes.

Step 4: Serve

Serving Suggestion
Brown or White rice.
