If you REALLY want to wake the neighbors (and set off every car alarm in a 5 block radius). Use liquid nitrogen and water. The combination is similar to dry ice and water, but LN has a FAR lower boiling point (-320 degrees F). Fill a plastic water bottle about a third full of water, then another third or so of LN, screw the cap on, and RUN. The explosion is similar to an M80, but won't damage anything (other than spewing bits of plastic around).

have u tested this under water it seams like it would work and at least gett a big bubble. it would be funny to go out on a boat and throw it at another boat and see the reaction.

yeah acually it is pretty lame ive got older and more experenced try dry ice and water in a botler try the works with some tin foil make some hydrigin bombs then light it have fun take pride in blowing up your nabor hood this little thing is for children

If I want to blow up my neighborhood I really need big bombs that can level a whole city block or just a house.

I can build a pipe bomb but its better if I don't tell everyone
I can also build a molotov cocktail and an ANFO bomb
the ANFO bomb is very powerful, if mixed well it can have the consistency of TNT
or even stronger.

Yea or you could get oxy clean or any oxidized cleaner and mix it with bleach but dont be in a closed space while doin it the fumes could make you pass out
