In my very first instructable I will show you how to make a sleek and stylish pen made out of a bullet shell and a bic pen.
It will not have a cap becuase I'm working on that.

Step 1: Stuff You Need

you will need:

A bullet shell (any kind it just depends on what size you want your pen to be, mine is a 223 rifle).

A dremel tool with polishing tip.

Polish.

Bic pen cartridge.

Scissors.

Pliers.

Hot glue gun and hot melt glue.

Step 2: Cutting the Bic Pen

First you pull out the bic pen cartridge with the pliers. Second you want to line up the tip of the bullet shell with the little notch of the pen like the first picture. Cut the other end of the pen like the second picture. Then see if it fits.

Step 3: Polishing the Shell

Now take the cut pen cartridge out of the shell and polish the shell with your dremel tool.

Step 4: Start Gluing

Plug in your glue gun and let it heat up to maximum heat. Put the tip of the glue gun in the bullet shell and fill it with glue then quickly stick the pen cartridge in the shell filled with glue and let the glue harden. Then you can glue a little figure on top if you want like the fourth picture. Viola and custom hand made bullet shell pen.
