Being a student i don't get to go fishing as much as i would like (read ever) so I've temporarily re-purposed my fishing rod into somthing i can use around the house keep reading and I'll show you how to go "cat"Fishing too

this is my entry in the "Toy Challenge" please remember to vote for your favorites

a mandatory word of warning : fishing rods are long please be aware of people and objects within swinging distance of your rod

Step 1: The Equipment

your "tackle"

fishing Rod (with line)
sewing needle with a large eye
scraps of fabric
a small rock

(and a cat of course)

Step 2: The "Weight"

first thing you want to do is sew the rock into a little pocket in the fabric
so thread the needle with the fishing line giving yourself about 2 feet of line

Step 3: The "Lure"

simply fold/add the remaining fabric loosely around the weight and sew through the middle a couple times being carful not to try sewing through the rock
