Step 1: The Air Tube

first cut a hole in the sunny d cap, big enough for the straw.
then stick the straw in and make sure it doest stick out.

Step 2: Connecting

tape the air tube onto the cd

Step 3: Balloon

put the balloon on and tape it down

Step 4: Finished Product
