first cut a hole in the sunny d cap, big enough for the straw.
then stick the straw in and make sure it doest stick out.

This is pretty cool, I like the idea of the straw. The thing I don't like is that the idea of this was posted a few times already. Just look at the related Instructables tab. But all that aside its still a great way to make someone else's idea your own.
