compressed air almost anywhere

for quite some time i have been wrestling with the problem of how to power my home made air soft bbmg in the field. And after much thought and deliberation i believe i have found a solution that is relatively safe and cost effective. what i have done is basically made a air compressor run on a rechargeable battery doing this is a relatively easy task so if you wish please feel free to check out the pictures below...

I am really curious about this project from the description, but there's no real instructable here, and the pic's aren't very helpful to figure out what you actually did. I'd love it if you write up a description of how you did it and how its working out.

I would like to see details, as well. Compact portable air has many uses. Compact being the key word. Once you give more info, people can build upon what you have, maybe bring some products unknown to you to the table. You know what I mean?

Great idea, but a few details would be nice. looks like you attached wires to the business end of an old power tool to connect the battery. what type of compressor did you use? Details Details Details!!!

ok i basically just submitted this slideshow to test the waters so to speak now that i have some input i am going to make the actual instructable and hopefully submit it today
