A nifty nice smelling air freshener that fits your lifestyle and whatever you desire it to be.
(In other words, it's a custom air freshener.)

Step 1: What You Need

What you need:
- Hole Puncher
- Scissors
- A print out of your favorite image or sprite.
- Tape
- Stapler
- Fabric Softener
- Rubber bands

Step 2: Step 1

-Take your printed images and cut them out.
-Use the cut images to cut the same shape out of the fabric softener.

Step 3: Step 2

After completing step 1,

- Use tape to help you align the image to the fabric softener sheet.
- Staple after you've aligned the layers together

Step 4: Step 3

-Punch a hole on the top of your air freshener.
-Tie rubber band(s) to the hole.

Step 5: Now What Do I Do Now?

Now you have your fresh smelling air freshener. You can put it in your car or in a locker. You can put it in your drawer if you want too. I hope you have enjoyed this instructable.

By the Way, if you park your car outside on a nice hot or sunny day, the dryer sheets will be activated by heat and will smell even better! Why? Because the car is like dryer, it heats up and the heat activates the smell.

Thank you and Enjoy!

I love this idea. So simple but cute. Thanks for the tips.

http://www.getrippedordietrying.com

wow! what a great idea! I think i'm going to make one for my car! thanks! x_X
i love this instructable. i recently made a paper mario air freshener. for other results you could just put a regular air freshener under your design. but tat kind of defeats the purpose of saving money.
Hey this was neat. I've found those boughten trees are pretty strong so I will try this with a simple pine freshener sheet and a clip art tree for fun. Thanks for posting.
I just made some Mario things for myself.
Magic Missile!!!
This was a triumph! Anyway, this cake is great (it's so delicious and moist!)
Great idea! The store-bought air fresheners are too strong and expensive.
I might use this as a guideline for my own airfreshener. I thought about doing this only with cloth instead of paper, and instead of fabric softener using crushed potpurri. Oh, and how could I forget, great Instructable.
This is a really cute idea. I keep dryer sheets in my trunk and they keep my car smelling pretty nice. :)
