duck tape. (yay)
gorilla tape. (oooooooo, big)
small scissors. (for cutting)
exacto knife. (the god of all project utensils)
ruler. (measuring, *yawn*)
and that's i... oh wait I'm forgetting something...
sock. (with hole in sole, hopefully, because you will be cutting it up)
foil. (to contain fire, we must be slightly safe, shall we?)

Theoretically, you should be able to use the flint striker only. just pull it out of the lighter casing and attach it a little closer to the sock. Great 'ible. I had seen one of these for sale somewhere (Vampfangs, i think) and wondered how they worked.
