The purpose of this video is to offer a first look at an alternative vision for what health and fitness is all about. It is meant only to provide context to the "how to" videos that will follow. It is also part of a larger series of stories that hopefully will inform and motivate people to think about what makes them feel great, what brings them joy and reconnects them to optimal experience.

Physical trainer and host Tomas Anthony is on a mission to empower people to pursue their fitness dreams in the face of injury, fear or just the distractions of our daily lives. Tomas turns his passion into inspiration, unlocking the everyday athlete in all of us.
Host and creator Tomas Anthony is recognized by the National Academy of Sports Medicine as a Performance Enhancement Specialist, Certified Personal Trainer, and Integrated Flexibility Specialist. A passionate surfer, Tomas created the first board sports specific training program, Liquid FitnessÂ®, to incorporate a scientific and progressive training approach where none existed before.
