these sugar cookies are incredibly easy,all ingredients used are easily found in a normal household. Doesn't contain butter as unsalted butter is sometimes hard to find.with just 6 ingredients this recipe is incredibly variable,This recipe takes no time to prepare and the cookies taste like fluffy crunchy-chewy cookie clouds.i love the grandmotherly taste in these cookies.
Step 1: Getting the Recipe
its a good idea to write down this recipe as you don't really want your phone in a messy kitchen undergoing cookie making,you also will want to save this recipe for the next 30 times you make em cookies.i would suggest grabbing your recipe book for this one.
preheat:204 degrees Celsius/400 degrees Fahrenheit
1)3/4 cup of sugar(150g/5.3oz)
2)2 tsp vanilla essence/extract
3)2/3 cups oil(any type of flavorless oil or olive if you diet)(227g/8oz)
4)1/2 tsp salt
6)2 cups plain flour/maida(256g/4.5 oz)
beat all the ingredients together with a rubber spatula or wooden spoon except for the flour in a large bowl
add the flour to the mixture slowly while mixing it.
grease a baking tray with butter or oil and drop spoonfuls of the batter on it.
bake in the middle of your oven for 8-10 minutes in the pre-heated oven at 204 degrees.
let the cookies rest on the baking tray for 10 minutes before eating.
p.s=i baked a really huge cookie out of half the batter.I ate it.I didn't share.

- chocolate chip cookies
- cinnamon sugar coated(cinnamon and sugar mixed with a very very little bit of milk)
- double chocolate(choco chips plus cocoa ,tip:add chocochips to the flour always ,this way the chips dont sink to the bottom and burn
- ginger cookies
- the all too famous-silly faces made by decorating with raisins,almonds,coconut,icing etc.
- dried blackcurrants on top
- just a really huge cookie.
Step 3: Shaping the Cookies
these cookies cannot be cut with a cookie cutter so i suggest oiling your hands and then making balls and flattening them.
