fresh flower tote bag

This is a great way to share the color of summer.
Children of all ages enjoy pounding on the flowers and watching the color move from the flower to the fabric. My son had a blast making this project for his Grandma.
The fresh flower tote bag is easy and makes a great gift.

Step 1 Gather materials:

A new white tea towel
hammer
assorted flowers and leaves
fabric paint
hard surface
store bought ribbon for handle
sewing machine
needle and thread

by the way, after you iron it, if you put it in the wash, will the colours stay?

If it has been ironed you can hand wash it with a mixture of 1/10th white vinegar and 9/10th cold water.
