This is the gauntlet that i made it was inspired by David Guyton's gauntlets.
Sorry but i didnt make any step by step tutorial.

I saw this and was like "hey, that looks like one of Guyton's pieces..." XD

Have you considered adding any repousse?

i have but ive never done it before

Oh. Cause it's a nice piece of work but it looks a bit color lacking, if you don't mind my saying so.

My thoughts exactly its definitely missing something. When i have spare time ill add some details

Mine is not done yet, but here is a picture of it so far :)

Looks great, what kind of metal did you use

Sorry for very late reply, I made it out of galavanized steel sheet metal, I think it was 20ga.

what thickness? and how did you get the rivets on the finger plates to not tear your fingers to shreds?

Nice build!

I think the aluminium sheet was 0.5 mm i dont know. When i get home i will send you a pic of how i made the finger plates and i will tell you the exact thickness of the sheet that i used.

I am currently making one following the same template. Hope mine turns out as nice as yours :)

can you please send me a template for this?

I was actually looking for a free version :)

You won't get one xD

>Make an instructable
>Doesn't provide instructions

Wut?

Still a pretty awesome gauntlet.

Nice job.

Maybe you could write a step-by-step when you make its pair?

That looks cool! How long did it take to make? What did you make it out of?
