Do you know the problem, there are screws where you can not get at it ... here is a simple solution:

Take some bit holders, place them together and you can get a lot deeper screw.
I think it would be just as cost-effective to use a bit extender, no?
I think this is probably a good example of using what's on hand. If you have these and no bit extender, this is a way to avoid coughing up for an unnecessary piece of kit.
