1 Cup soy sauce. 2 tablespoons black pepper. 2 tablespoons onion powder. 1 tablespoon paprika. 2 tbsp pepper flakes. pinch of salt. marinate 12 to 24 hours before putting into a dehydrator . this is good for about two and a half to three pounds. Make sure you trim the fat off. leave in dehydrator for about 5 hours, check on it every hour to see how dry you want it
