homemade weight vest

make a cheaper weight vest. sorry for the lack of images, this isnt a scuba weight vest sorry if i accidently mislead ant of you, its a good peice of training equipment for rugby or NFL training, they build up muscles in the legs if you wear them while running around or jumping , my freinds sensei said it was a great idea for agility training.

firstly you need to collect your materials, for this project you will need:

1 fishing jacket ( if you dont want to find a new one have a look around at op shops or seccond hand shops)

any weight of fishing sinkers (youl need the same weight that you want the vest to be)

zip lock bags ( you dont want the lead to rub off onto the inside of the jacket.

masking tape or duct tape or some sort of tape
