firstly you need to collect your materials, for this project you will need:

1 fishing jacket ( if you dont want to find a new one have a look around at op shops or seccond hand shops)

any weight of fishing sinkers (youl need the same weight that you want the vest to be)

zip lock bags ( you dont want the lead to rub off onto the inside of the jacket.

masking tape or duct tape or some sort of tape
