This drink is very healthy and tasty one. People who are dieting can take it with low fat milk. (no sugar added)

Step 1: Ingredients

1) Half Cantaloupe




Step 2:

Remove the seed from the cantaloupe

Step 3:

Add all the ingredients (as per your needs) and blend them.

Step 4:

Apply honey on the edges of the glass, pour the drink and add some almonds.

The healthy blast is ready.....

Cover it using a plastic wrap to retain freshness and enjoy it after gym time to quench the thirst!!

simple, healthy, and tasty! although I skipped the honey part and added some powdered protein. perfect for drinking after a workout at the gym.
