loading
1.soak 1k cuttlefish in milk for coupl of hours,and then  drain it n wipe well with a towel
2.season the cuttlefish wit salt,pepper,one egg,cornflour,semolina2tsp and then deep fry and put t on oil paper
3.seperately heat wok add  butter ,garlic paste,spring onion and then immediatly add sugar ,chillie paste n fried cuttlfish n toss for few seconds
4.finaly decor it with chopped coriander leaves n fried dried chilles,fried cashewnuts

serve hot hot..!
