To repair it, un-pop the middle speker bubble (dust cap), I simply used my vacuum cleaner, it took a a little time, it doesn't just pop right out. You have to move the vacuum hose along the inserted part, and you will see it coming back to shape as you continue the suctioning on the speaker bubble.
