how to beat the "never hood"

ok i don't know if many people even have this game but I'll make a guide for it any way.

actualy i only have the mouse puzzle up so far.

the object of the game is to get all the cartridges that willy scattered around the game oh and the keys.

step one start up the game.

Step 1: Good morning clay man

1.wake up clay man by clicking on any thing in the room.

2.then if you want to push the button on the back wall to open the window ... click on the window to see your yard after that prosed to the next part.

3.now click on that leaver on the wall notice the huge hammer comes crashing down and crumples the dore a little. click it 2 more times to rip the dore of its hinges.

4.now walk out of the room.

this game is so much fun... my dad got it for me when i was young i only complated it last year with no help ^^ its realy hard, funny ,weird,cool,and intresting it is soooooo good . nice to see other people have herd off it

This puzzle is actually much, much easier than this. The mouse always knows what direction the cheese is in. Just always go through whatever door he's facing. It will always lead him to the cheese.

yeah that's what some one else said I just figured that out not to long ago. but this map shows you exactly. it makes it much much faster if you know where to go.

BEST GAME EVER!!!
I've played this game through at least 10 times!
You haven't lived until you get the satisfaction of getting all of the movie tiles!
Or watching the monster explode!

The mouse game is between two buildings later on in the game. (Between a giant piece of bread and a building made of butter I believe.) Truth be told, I'm not exactly sure because I haven't played in over a year. If you can't find it, you're not far enough, it is directly in your way.

no it's not at the end of the monster long hall way but there is a VITAL cartridge there. so yes go walk it out. The mouse puzzle is about 3/4th into the game I can get there in 1 hour.

There was a demo with just the first level on some Windows 98 Plus disc we had. I thought it was the coolest game ever, but I've not been able to find the full version for less than $80. Any suggestions on sources?

I don't remember, it was like 2 months ago. you were in this car type thing and you had to do something in the middle, like press a button or something. I don't know, it wouldn't let me

oh that part (the line is a track) you click on it a little at a time and he will go around till he gets to the center.

OMFG I SOO REMEMBER THIS GAME WHEN I WAS LIKE 7 OR SOMETHING story goes, me and my dad were walking into a computer store to get quake: deathmatch maker or something i think it might have been mission pack 2: disollution of eternity, but anyway, i went to play this game on the computer kiosk, and i remember being stuck on the 1st bit, when u gotta get out the door while hanging onto the rope being 7, i tried repeatedly to hang on, jump off and run like mad for the door, but it kept on closing, so here i was in a frustrating situation, and this nice guy comes along and tells me that u gotta move some thing under it to hold it down, what a nice guy.... well thats about all i remember of that game lol worth a comment

Wow, I have never actually found someone else who has heard of this game. It came with one of my old computers. Alot of the design was by Doug Tennaples who also did alot of the album art for Five Iron Frenzy, which happens to be my all time favorite band. Also, the whole game (including the enormous story on the wall) is a giant allusion to the fall of man as portrayed in the Bible.

My dad gave me the demo, and he bought me the full version last Christmas, so I like it. He also has the soundtrack, I think he enjoys it......

Great game, but to be honest, your instructable does not even cover 5% of the game and it lacks fluency, i mean the mouse puzzle is almost at the end of Neverhood while the long walk and the others mentioned are at the very beginning. Not trying to insult you or anything, but there are many complete Neverhood guides (walkthroughs) on the net already and it's not like you can add something new.. Perhaps you should consider spending your time on something else?
