allright, this is easy to do (im not a nerd, just learned it from dad :P)
this is how to copy CD's (PC games) and DVD's (movies) without even burning them.
if you are a kid ASK permission from your parents, because it isn't legal in some countries. like mine xD
(PS: dont judge me too hard, this is my first instructable)
you are gonna need to download a program, witch let your PC think there's another CD/DVD station.
PROOF:

if so follow directions to "mount the iso to a flash drive"

just use the windows iso file in sited of hirens
make sure when you boot from the flash drive the notebook is ready to upgrade to windows 7 ie all files backed up..
following these steps will be the same as a cd/ dvd drive installing the windows 7.
most likely you will destroy the verision of windows that is on the notebook,do you have a plan for restoring it if the windows 7 install does not work?

this will also work with a CD in your audio set.
This is an easy way to take screen shots of your screen so you don't need a camera.
btw this is my first instructable :P
If you want to watch a DVD made with DVD Shrink (with an ISO format), you can use VLC (VideoLan). It knows how to open this format and play the movie.
Ultra-ISO is useful for games that want the original disc in the player. You can keep images of your original disk games and "mount" them as necessary.
As for legal questions, it is certainly illegal, but there is a strong difference in making a copy and distributing it on the Net.
For example. mash that little button on your keyboard called "prt sc" or print screen and then open up paint or something and press paste.
