this is a good replacement for translation proxies (because they suck), and because it's so much easier. You have to be using windows by the way.

goto command prompt.

type ping "the name of the website"

take down the ip address

when on the web, type the ip of your website in the http toolbar, then it'll go to that website. but it doesn't really go anywhere. but you can use it to go to the tunnel sites

Yo fran man. You can always open command prompt no matter what. don't matter what they do. open a text document. type "start" and then save as "command prompt.bat" and watch my brain go to work. I know these things. i've hacked before and the try every way to block me out but the can't block notepad or .bat files or else they won't be able to run simple programs like word. one of the main reasons they have computers in schools

FYI they can block them. Its called Group policies. It allows them to set particular files or directories to run .exe or .bat files and others to not run them. They can also disable command prompt. They have almost complete control. But their proxies cannnot block your own computer. And no proxy or firewall has managed to block Hamachi yet.

Go to the command Prompt means to go to the black screen that you type commands into. Still not sure, go to run on start menu and type in command prompt or command.com, you'll recognize it wen u see it

at my school they block the command prompt the best way to do it is get a long list of proxies and click on all of them and see which ones work

if command prompt is blocked then all you have to do is go to start-run then type command.com. then press enter. that should work

or you could use a batch (bat) file with "ping ADDRESS" (and i included a pause at the end just incase i got 1000 command prompt windows... it happened to me before (dont know y) and i dont want it to happen again) so just double click on it and it will give u the ip... then kill it afterwords... (unfourtently it didnt work for my site chat... damn websence -_-)

you don't need to use windows to ping sites. open network utilities in mac operating systems and select ping
