Wouldn't it be wicked if you're laser pointer was water proof it would make an awesome laser stretching across a pool.
You need a laser pointer, a stove, some cling wrap.

take the cling wrap and get a half fot by a half foot square.

And If you want to make it even better, replace the standard switch with a reed switch, stick the laser in a small tube/pipe with one end sealed and a screw on cap with a window and rubber gasket on the other end, and use a small magnet to turn it on or off!
