you will need
drill
clamp
a sharp tool
string to start off u need 2inchs longer in string then your bow

How long does the string last? I worked at a hunting store and sold bows and the most common complaint was the stretching of the string with both natural and synthetic fibers. If you continually twist this string, it'll eventually become unusable. Hmm..

it will last depending on the pounds of presser on it if its on a 30-40 pound bow it will last about 1 month or so till it stretches but the best way to keep it from doing that is to take it off after you used your long bow
