This is a simple way of making rechargeable batteries at home using alum (epsom salt) and old battery lead plates. we can also replace lead plates with copper and steel plates, but the voltage would reach only 1v then instead of 2v

<p>Epsom (magnesium Sulfate) is different from alum (potassium aluminum sulfate). </p>
