the first cuts you should make ar up the middle on the two long and skinny sides so you can fold the box.Next make a hole at the top of the box for you head.Next in case you didnt allready do this fold out the tabs on the bottom so you can put on the box.Next make 2 holes on the sides for your arms.Last put duct tape all along the middle of the top for more sturdyness.
