how to make art from bike wheel

This Instructable will teach you how to make a flower from a bike wheel! this is my first Instructable so dont judge me. NOTE the bike wheel will be dysfunctional if done like i do.

Step 1 What you need

1 a bike wheel

2 scissors

3 duct tape

4 spoke adjuster

well pretty much the point of doing this is to make art not something that really rides its turning junk into something cool .....

Yes most of us realise the point of this. Put some black ink on it, or foil it and then put ink, make it look awesome. It looks incomplete right now.
