Introduction: How to Meditate

in this busy day life we often forget to take time for ourselves.
we search for happiness all around us but we forget to search happiness which is within us.
meditation is finding ourselves..
discovering all about self is meditation.....

Step 1: FIND a PLACE

meditation is easy and simple.
all you need is 15 minutes for youself.
STEP ONE.
find a cool and calm place..
where you can sit for long hours without any disturbance.
keep your mobile off.
you may select some seashore or your terece..
generally natural environment is preferable

Step 2: SWITCH OFF YOUR THOUGHTS

we have constant flow of thoughts in our mind.
for meditation we need to switch off all the thoughts.
its easy to do so. ..
just close your eyes. ..
and let all your thoughts flow. .dont pay any attention to them jus let them disappear

Step 3: Focus on Breathing

easiest way to meditate is to focus on breathing

focus on inhalation.
feel the cool air thats flowing inside your lungs.
keep all your focus on breathing.
focus on exhalation.
