I rated five stars. Great instructable; it was informative and had good pictures to illustrate your point. You might want to touch up a bit on grammar and clarity, but aside from that it was a big help to me. Also, to all of you with the message "Content cannot be displayed"... Go to your PSP's web browser. Use your arrow keys to navigate your selection and highlight "Tools." This will be at the bottom to the right of "Bookmarks," "History," and "View." Press "X" when you have highlighted the "Tools" icon. Select "Settings." Use the arrow keys to highlight "View Settings," and press "X." Use the arrow keys to highlight the "On" or "Off" next to "Flash." Make sure this is set to on. Press "OK," go back to the browser, and try opening the file again. It should work.

yeah there is no 2817 file anywhere i searched all files but no results. any ideas?

When looking through the files, don't look specifically for the file named "2187," but rather the one with "Shockwave Flash Object" written underneath the name. There should only be one type of this file in the folder. If you didn't save it right, that might also be the source of the problem. Make sure you're using Mozilla Firefox. Load the web page fully, then right click and highlight "Save Page As..." and click this. Save the web page to your desktop. The file should be in there.

here look for a word "Object" on the right side on the screen...........scroll down to find it.............when u find it click on the button "save as".....................save it (u may name it whatever u want).................u got the game ................now u may go and follow the owner of this psp game post.................ty

In order for this to work on your psp you must have Flash Player enabled, which requires an internet connection 1 time. To enable go to System Settings, scroll down and find Enable Flash Player. Took 5 minutes tops to figure this out hope it helped.

Great Instructable. It really works but when I try to put other games on there all \I can play is just bowman. Like when I try to go to another gamer it just goes to bowman. And does anybody know any other fun games to play that also work?

Sweet, it works!. Unfortunately when i tried playing interactive buddy it did'nt work. But otherwise, this is like the best tutorial ever. Better than the other guy's tutorial anyway. So thanks man.
OK I have tried a couple of games and they either use too much ram or freeze at a certain point can people please post a list of games and links to them that they have got to work on their psp

Dude, I have system firmware version 3.30 and I seem to be encountering some issues but I think it's because I didn't save the 'games' folder in the right place, so my question is, do I save the 'games' folder directly into the usb drive that the psp is on, or do I put it in the folder labeled 'PSP' inside the usb drive that the psp is on? By the way the instructable is awesome. Interactive Buddy is also awesome!

whoops, i just realized you didn't even try it, soooo... don't kill me, chuck, but interactive buddy won't work, there isn't enough prosessing power inside the PSP's browser to play it

It's ok, I don't kill people trying to teach me something useful. Also, I just meant that the game Interactive Buddy is awesome, I couldn't get anything to run on my PSP browser except Windows Vista. But yes It makes sense that the PSP can't handle interactive buddy, it can barely run one of the Grand Theft Auto Games for it. Anyway, do you know much about down grading PSP's with Sony Official Firmware? I'm trying to find out what I can about doing this so I can start putting some real cool stuff on my PSP, such as custom firmware and cheat devices.

Wrong, flash games work on all PSP's. You might have to enable flash under system.

Kind of a hard way to go about getting a flash file.
Here's what I would do: Goto the game you want - browser does NOT matter.
Right click and select View Source
do a CTRL F and look for .swf
Copy that address to the address bar - if it does not have http:// then append to the web address. Click File, Save As.
