Step 1: Get greens and wash them

After washing them, place them on the cutting board.

Step 2: Stack them on top of each other

Make sure they're facing the same way.

Step 3: Roll up leaves

Roll all the way from bottom to top 

Step 4: Get ready to cut

Hold the roll down and get ready to cut.
Watch your fingers.

Step 5: Cut very thinly
