Step 1Basic pistol crossbow

This is your general pistol crossbow with an 80 pound pullback. Some of them have small sholder rests to make them more comfortable.

Does it matter if I use a longer bolt on my jaquar crossbow because it came with 16" bolts and I mainly see 20" and up? If so does anyone know the difference, and vy the way the aquar 175 lb is very accurate

It is ok to leave the string on my crossbow even when not in use? There is also a crack in the vey tip of the string holder in the bar, is that ok? It is still shooting fine and the crack has not spread yet will it eventually break?
