Introduction: Jalapeño Cheese Toast

This is a very easy and a super yummy recipe.

We love this hot toast at Sunday brunches.

Hot, spicy and DELICIOUS.

Step 1: Ingredients

Baguettes.........2

4 Eggs- I calculate 2 egg per baguette

Pickled jalapeños.........................1/2 cup

Grated cheese (mainly cheddar)...1Cup

salt .................................................1tsp

White flour.......................................1TBS

Milk..................................................1/2cup

garlic.................................................1 clove

Step 2: Proceedure

Cut the baguettes horizontally into thick slices.

Beat the eggs in a bowl.

Add in all the remaining ingredients to the bowl, except for the baguette, and mix up thoroughly.

To this liquid mixture add the baguette slices.

Allow the mixture to stand for 5 mins.

Step 3:

Heat the pan on a medium heat, add on a blob of butter.

Spread the butter evenly.

Place the soaked slices on the pan and cover the pan.

Turn the slices over when the bottom is golden brown.

Step 4:

When the other side is golden brown the jalapeño cheese toast is ready to tickle your taste buds.
