I was not able to get it working. Ended up taking it apart.

Yeah same, took it apart built a UMP,The M4 it looks good but isn't built in the same way that KGB built it.

The barrel should be lined on top and bottom of orange connectors. then the pin goes inbetween.

Sorry it takes me me a while to respond and it shoots a orange clip with a gray clip with a green rod connecting the two

fwhere does the firing pin go,

and how do you attach the stock??

Look at the intro pics for the stock and the pin goes in the hole in the back of the gun inline with the top of the stock

Awesome i remember building this gun from the pics...one thing though id recommend changing the stock since its an m4 to nutty guys stock on his hk416 it looks really good and is functional.
